We want to help provide books for your school's library, classrooms
and students.
Our priority is to provide books for elementary schools with 50% or more
of their students enrolled in the free/reduced meal program.
As a recipient school, you agree to review the quality and appropriateness
of the books provided before placing them on library shelves or distributing them to your
students. Furthermore you agree that the books will be placed on library and classroom
shelves within a reasonable amount of time after receipt and student books will be given
directly to the children for home use.

NOTE: By completing this form, the Heart of America (HOA) agrees to add your
school to their database of schools that need books. Donations to your school are
based on availability of books donated in your area.
