Sometimes, a fresh perspective is all it takes to capture new possibilities! This fee-for-service is ideal for partners who may not require a full-scale, traditional engagement with our entire team or do not have an independent funder.
Ways to engage Heart of America’s consultants
Project Management
A HOA project manager is responsible for the logistics around the planning and implementation of a given project or a component of a larger project (mural installation, for example). We’ll also coordinate volunteers to facilitate the project, typically focused on distributing resources or completing a portion of a transformation project.
Construction Management
A member of our Innovation team will be responsible for vetting, securing, and managing the general contractor and tradespeople associated with a small capital improvement project.
Design services
Our in-house Design team guides you and other stakeholders in an inclusive, co-created, innovative, and inspiring design plan, including layouts, furniture, and fixtures. Our process includes listening, design-thinking sessions with stakeholders, and doing our best to find the right solutions to what we hear during these sessions.
Event Management
A dedicated HOA event manager and/or team for one or a series of special events, such as grand openings and on-site volunteer engagement events. The HOA can handle events from start to finish, including templates for PR/communications, invitations, tracking RSVPs, run-of-shows, coordinating catering, rentals and equipment, and on-site logistics.
Procurement
Our Procurement team will work with the design of the space and facilitate the ordering of furniture, fixtures, education materials and/or technologies. Because of our strong vendor relationships, we benefit from deep discounts from our vendor network, oftentimes allowing project scopes to increase without jeopardizing one’s budget.
