The celebration continues

We recently came together to celebrate the incredible progress HOA and our partners have made together in Baltimore. We’re deeply humbled by your continued support and collaboration — Baltimore is such a special city and community.

As we shared during our time together, Baltimore is our first official Community of Impact. Rooted in a collective impact model — a framework for cross-sector collaboration to address complex challenges — this strategy focuses on creating long-term, systemic change for students and youth within specific geographic regions. Grounded in education equity, it leverages a public-private partnership approach to meet the holistic needs of students — both in and beyond the classroom.

We will center our efforts within Baltimore City Public Schools, utilizing data to identify and prioritize the district’s most pressing needs in alignment with its five-year strategic plan.

While this marks the formal launch of our new strategy, it reflects the work we’ve been committed to in Baltimore for years. By the end of this year alone, through partnerships with the Weinberg Foundation, Under Armour, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Baltimore Orioles, we will have transformed learning spaces and delivered critical resources to seven Baltimore City Public Schools.

To say we’re excited to deepen our partnership with you would be an understatement. We recognize the need—and we’re committed to continuing the work to ensure equity in education for every student.
